O purchased for my mom, she has seizures and problems with her memory. This seems so help her a lot.

Initially I experienced an increase in energy that I directed to tasks that I then completed quickly. This energy was restless rather than pleasant but it was useful and I was glad for it. As I continued this effect faded, and when I raised the dose it was much milder and shorter. Then, after a week I began experiencing sore muscles in lower and upper back and over entire front chest. These became worse with resting, and they were lessened by exercise. In addition a feeling of malaise set in. I then stopped this ALCAR and these problems faded over three days, and they are gone now. I will not resume ALCAR. A.I. search did not identify the possibility of these adverse effects. Although I was surprised by them, the only cause I can identify is this ALCAR. For my personal experience I would rate this one star, but because my personal experience might be atypical I rated it 3 stars. Nevertheless, I can not recommend ALCAR of any brand to anyone.

It helped with my mood but it seemed to increase my joint pain. I quit taking it and am feeling better pain wise.

Might be a good product for some. But it raised my blood pressure.

Studies state most vitamins and supplements do nothing but humans continue to search for magic pill that can help do this or that. We trust the brand but have no earthly idea where they get this stuff inside of these bottles. So I am trying to lose mid age weight and it’s soon tell.
