Heavy duty thick wire with decent flexibility. Definitely 12 awg and you can tell it’s pure copper from the weight. Unlike that other popular GearIT 12 awg OFC, which was suspiciously light. I am glad I immediately swapped it with these for a little extra.

Having been a hi-fi need all my life and previously spending more money on interconnects and speaker cable than most people pay for a stereo, I was surprised how good this cable was. Having finally settled down and curbed my over exuberance on hi-fi over the years, I needed some cable for my new home to go with my 25 year old floorstanding speakers and Arcam amp as I needed a much longer run for the set up. My old cable cost me £20 a metre and so was not expecting much from this cable. How wrong I was. The cable is neat, easily identifying polarity with colouring of each and writing on 1. The thickness compared to my old speaker cable made it much easier to handle and add my banana plugs. Good choice of lengths of cable reels as well. Once installed, I fired up my system and was stunned. I was not expecting this cable to sound this good. Of course this is totally subjective and others might not feel the same, but at this price I am impressed. Really good value for money and quality cable.

Decent quality speaker cable, at a good price. For anybody interested, the blue cable is positive and the black cable is negative (I only mention it because it’s not printed on the cable itself). 🙄

I bought this to run through my new roof and even buried it within the walls to complete my surround sound set up and wow, just wow, this is good cable! Came on a reel, but straight off you can feel the quality, it's very thick cable and made a huge difference over my old cable. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase again, would highly recommend this cable if you are serious about your sound, but work on a budget.

Mais honnêtement il n'y aucune différence audible avec CE câble et c'est tout à fait normal. Ayant déjà un câble de même section, la différence n'est pas perceptible c'est pourquoi je ne rentrerai pas dans le débat sur les câbles audio super oxygéné et tout le tralala marketing.., c'est sans fin avec une forte dose de subjectivité. Mes pauvres oreilles sont bien incapables de percevoir ce genre de subtilité de même que mon système audio qui bien qu'il soit loin d'être de premier prix, n'est pas assez sensible pour établir une réelle différence. Ceci étant dit, la qualité d'un câble électrique se détermine sur plusieurs critères dont un qui est essentiel son diamètre qui de facto influence le minimum de perte. Avec ce diamètre 2.11 mm² et malgré cette longueur, vous êtes assuré d'un minimum de perte. Mécaniquement il a une bonne tenue et isolation plastique qui préserve la souplesse du câble et permet un maniement facile. Le marquage noir permet d'éviter toute confusion de polarité. Conclusion : Très bon rapport qualité prix pour ce câble solide et souple. Sur une petite longueur, ce type de câble est largement suffisant pour la plupart des systèmes audio. Prix ~25 € soit 1€67 le m.
