All Clad multi cooker
My 1st multi cooker got lost but I notified them and they sent this one and I had it in a couple of days. Customer service is awesome and so is this cooker. The food slides right out and was cooked perfectly. It’s also very nice looking on the counter. I hope this will last for years. Customer service said they will answer any questions I have. They were a pleasure to work with .

Manufacturing defects
I received the product on Friday and washed it. After washing two chips were found in cooking bowl. I called All-clad they directed me to call Amazon to order a replacement. I was expecting a replacement bowl from a company like all-clad, do they stand behind their products?

Safe products
I didn't like the quality of the insert, it is made with unsafe chemicals. I called All Clad company, they understood my concern. So I am returning this.

Not worth the money
I did not purchase this from Amazon, but from Williams-Sonoma; however, it was $400 after tax, and wanted it to complete my All Clad collection. I used it 3-4 times per year for 7 years, and it just stopped working. Prior to having the All Clad Slow Cooker, I had a "Crock Pot" (literally $30 when I bought it) for 35 years that ran like a champ. When I got the All Clad, I donated the Crock Pot, thinking the quality of the higher-end item would last as long, if not longer. Big mistake. All Clad's warranty is 2 years, and are sticking firm to it without apology. Understandable, I suppose, but for me, it is a $400 mistake I am not willing to make again. So I am going back to the department store inexpensive slow cookers that last, and will never buy All Clad electronics again.

Poor choice
If broken out of warranty, $60 shipping fee to New York (to NY and back) then at least $100 to fix the digital display (a fuse?) Repairs are very costly on top of high purchase price.
