Upgrade from the old Orb Weaver.
I had the Orb weaver, and this is the newer replacement version. This one is built better and should last me a long time. The old one just wore out. I like the adjustably of the key's sensitivity, led buttons and just how much easier it is to use than a keyboard.

Amazing Gampad!
Love the way it feels, trying to go back to a regular keyboard feels weird. The customization for all the keys work great and I feel can add to the immersion depending on the game you're playing. Being able to use the joystick/D-pad to input stratagems in Helldivers 2 feels so satisfying!

As it's going to be for a while considering not many to choose from
They removed a button for a mouse wheel, sucks. The buttons are a bit different from the previous version. Not a fan of the sometimes complicated software, or updates that break your settings.Other than that it's good. Out of the limited number of like products this is as good as it's going to be. When it works, it's great. Turn off auto update.

Gaming changer
I play a lot of different games and this works really well for most of them so far. I am particularly happy with the results while playing World of Warcraft. I like to raid and end up healing a lot of the time. This makes it so much easier for me to be able to continue to heal and be on the move so I am not taking damage. I went from middle of the road to a top healer in just a couple weeks. There is a learning curve as expected before your muscle memory reacts the way you need it to but it didn't take nearly as long as I thought it would.I am a lady and I have very small hands so the top numbers are not reachable but everything else is comfortable and usable. Maybe a version for people with smaller hands Razor? It's a common complaint in the reviews I read but not a deal breaker for me.

not certain what different ?
i had one before it worked great for about 6 years, a few of the buttons quit working, so i bought the new and improved version. after several tries, updates too software, drivers, research into issue, i could not use the game device, it will not program properly to the Path of Exile controls, buttons cross over to other controls. it's as though some of the buttons on the device are wired wrong. it should be simple, press A for this button, it does, press D for this one, it does, but in game play, A becomes T, B becomes W, after a few days i gave up and unplugged it

Fantastic! How did I play with out it before!
So, I started using this product and right away, I thought I wasted my money. I have been a PC gamer for years and it functions much like the keyboard does already. With less buttons for keybinds actually. With that being said I paid for this item and was determined to give it a fair shot. The more I used it the more I became in tune with it. The analog stick is actually super amazing and very useful for all sorts of things. But its not a true analog stick, its more like a D-Pad but functions very well. The palm pad is adjustable, but only for moving it away or closer to the keys. 2 positions only.I play World of Warcraft mostly and this has been a game changer for me. I used to fat finger or miss key sometimes and open my windows menu, or open my character screen etc. That is a non issue now. I do wish the #20 button was adjustable up and down. Making it easier to push with your thumb. This has changed the game for me. If you can push it, you can bind it. I give this a 8/10.

Pretty good for what it’s made for
Honestly, I got this more on a whim than anything else, but I’m pretty happy with this purchase. The keys themselves feel quite nice and have good, smooth action.I also like the fact that the buttons are programmable. If there’s one thing I would change on this peripheral, it would be the placement of the thumb button below the D-Pad. Maybe it’s my hand placement, but that button #20 is at an uncomfortable angle to press.Otherwise, I’d say this peripheral is pretty nice all around.

Ordered may 2021 -10/19/22 Its glitching out
I'm a casual gamer, I game when I have time, that being said I use this a couple times a week sometimes I go stretches where I don't game for about a month. For about a month and a half now when I have been trying to play its been having a USB not recognized error (I've tried different USB ports to verify its the product) and it randomly starts to glitch heavily . I am an adult, I take care of my things so its not something I did, It just started glitching out one day. Unplugging and plugging it back in helps temporarily. Great product at first but as far as the longevity of the product , no good .I still have a super nintendo from my childhood still holding strong.
