Reversed my never ending redness, well at least diminished it. When i was a kid my hand got smashed into a mini van sliding door (door latched) my hand was fine (weirdly hard to break my bones) not even a bruise... years later i noticed my index finger on that hand was nearly always red, sometimes swollen. I started taking this supplment for ither reasons now i take it cause it makes that finger less red (almost completely still a tiny bit on the knuckle nearest hand) my face is also very less red. Id walk around looking like i had a perpetual sunburn, now my face is more even toned with my body. No side effects after taking it (no nausea or upset stomach, even when i take it on an empty stomach) easy to swallow its a smaller sized capsule. I honestly forgot the main reason i started taking this supplement because i noticed how well it got rid of so much redness.

I used this product for years but because of medicine interaction I can no longer take this product. It worked well when I could take it

I've heard of glutathione because it's very popular for skin whitening in the philippines. I don't have any interest in lightening my skin tone because i'm not very dark to begin with. However someone told me that it clears up acne, and i have a moderate amount of acne on my face but importantly, i have a lot of acne scars that are seriously red without foundation. So i did some research on glutathione and found out that the best way to use this product is intavenously, but it is so freaking expensive. You will spend thousands. According to my research glutathione is not absorbed well by the GI tract BUT liposomal glutathione can be absorbed even when taken orally, so i decided to give this product a try, as it is one of the cheapest in the market. Boy, oh boy! Was i happy that i gave this product a try! A week after using this product, i began to see results. I was on my period, and i didn't have a breakout!!! My skin was absolutely lighter and it was glowing. At first i thought i was the only one seeing the results, but my mom and my dad noticed it. All of my co-workers said my skin was glowing, and they kept asking me what i was using. I did not change anything with my skincare regimen, not even my eating or sleeping habits so i know that it was this product that helped my skin. Base the dosage on your weight. Generally people have to take 1000-2000mg of glutathione everyday. I think it's 10mg per lb. so if u weigh 150 lbs, u need 1500 a day and just divide your dosage into 2-3 servings a day. My research said it takes about 4 months to see results as you will need to achieve a certain level of glutathione in your system. But it only took me a week to see results. If anything, this product gives u more energy and it doesnt't have harmful side effects. It's one of the most important antioxidants your body needs so if you have a little bit of money to spare, i suggest try it coz there's no harm anyways.

I've been on blood pressure medication for years, due to an issue with a pregnancy 37 years ago. It wan't quite enough to get my blood pressure down to an acceptable range. I've been taking the glutathione for 2 weeks now, and blood pressure reading was spot on normal this morning. This was just the boost I needed. I realize that there is nothing that works for everyone, but this is working for me :>))
