High Road TrashStand Leakproof Weighted Car Trash Bin - Compact Size

This little car trash can is perfect for me. I have been looking for a trash can for my car for years, but could never find one that I liked, and they all seemed too pricey to even try. Then, on a whim, I recently looked on Amazon, because I was fed up with reusing plastic grocery bags, and I am so glad I did! This trash can is affordable, compact, and well designed. It is sturdy, doesn't fall over, and the lid opens easily. It's breeze to open when I need to, but it stays closed otherwise. It surpasses my expectations, and I highly recommend it.

First of all I notice some people complaining about the size. The dimensions are listed and there is a photo showing it with trash inside and that photo is accurate. Relative to the size of the coke can it is exactly correct. It's the perfect size for me. If you want a bigger bag get a bigger bag. I don't want a bigger one.I love this. It looks good in the car. It has supports on the flimsy sides that you put in place for holding its shape and then it holds its shape perfectly. It has a bean bag weight which keeps it standing unless of course you go racing around corners or load it up so it is top heavy. I use it for light trash and it is perfect. If you are taking a long trip with 5 people in the car and eating in your car it isn't going to hold it. Buy for purpose. If you do so this one fits its purpose very well.Recommended.

This small but functional waste basket performs well for me. I like the fact that it has a lid to cover the trash, and the fishnet side pockets are handy for keeping CDs or small Kleenex packages, etc.I was concerned that it would not 'stay put' on the raised hump in the floor of my Buick. The Velcro strips on the bottom don't seem to add much grip, BUT the sandbag sequestered cleverly in the zippered slot in the bottom of the wastebasket does an excellent job of stabilizing it! I've been using it for a couple of months now, and while I don't drive as aggressively as I did when I was younger, it's not tipped over once!I would recommend this item to anyone. I'm very happy with it!

I have weather resistant liners in my car, kids organizers on the seat backs, and a very large center console, so the regular trash cans with velcro straps wouldn't work. This was the only one I could find that seemed like it might work for me. I am so glad I chose it. It is weighted so it doesn't tip (unless my kids kick it over) and the lid flips down nicely to stay closed. It is large enough to fit a couple of water bottles and other trash. I haven't had any leaks either. Works great!

Disappointed. Backcourt in the 70’s you could buy weighted trash cans that would not tip over and they were great. This is really too small to hold much trash and tips over constantly, needs to be bigger and heavier to be if much use. I’m attaching some Velcro to the bottom to keep it in place in my van.

The other reviews are right. IT IS SMALL. It is small enough that it fits on the floor between the back seats in my Corolla. This item is not for disposing of trash from a family outing to fast food. Just two emptied water bottles put it near capacity. This item is for your chewing gum, wrappers, receipts, or anything else you don't want getting lose in your car before you make it to the trash. It has a pocket for a few tissues, hand sanitizer, cheap sunglasses, whatever. It has a frame so it stands straight and tall(well, tall for its size). It has velcro on the bottom so it stays put. Very good for keeping small messy things from getting lose in the car. Tip. Use a plastic grocer bag as a liner so it stays clean and is easy to empty.

I spent an inordinate amount of time shopping online for a car trash can. Glad I finally found this. It’s sturdy enough to stay upright without tipping, the size is good, and glory be, it has its own removable liner, so you can clean it easily. Is it crazy to love a trash can?

I have bought 2 for a marine application and my only complaints are the lid would be better with a magnet vs. Velcro and it would be nice if it had hooks on the outside such as some of it's competitors for a grocery sack liner. It is easy to clean out, but would be nice to be able to simply replace bag and move on rather than carry the whole thing to the dumpster or empty into a sack. Velcro on the bottom is a huge plus and the weighted bottom and sturdy sides to keep its self intact when not fully loaded are why we bought it.

Good quality, delivery OK, great looking, very useful for me for my new car used it for a trust can and can put some items on side pocket of it. Excelling fix on the little storage space of my new car. I love it so much.

Absolutely love the convenience of this design. Folds up easily, sticks to the bottom of the car and doesn't move around. Bag is removable to empty and easy to clean.

I haven't had time to use it yet, but it feels like good quality

This item is just as described. It looks good, stays in place and is functional. It is also the perfect size.
