I absolutely love this tart pan! The removable bottom makes it incredibly easy to release delicate tarts without damaging the crust, and cleanup is a breeze. This pan worked wonderfully the very first time I used it. I made a heavy quiche and easily removed it from the pan using what I call the "pop-up bottom" as directed. It's important to let the item cool 15-20 minutes before removing. It came out perfectly without tearing any of the crust. And the quiche was perfectly cooked. Finally something that works as promised!

The pan baked the crust evenly. I followed directions and coated with oil before first use. It was perfect. For the second time, I did not oil the pan. My tart stuck to the bottom and was impossible to get off the pan. I will oil the pan next time.

Great lil pan, made my first fruit tart and it turned out wonderful easy to serve up with the ring being removable.

I’ll add a picture when I bake again but I fell in love with these and had to buy more 🤩 They are easy to clean and easy to remove from the pans without adding any extra stuff like butter, oil, or parchment paper. Only recommend you to be EXTREMELY careful because it’s super sharp. I cut myself 4x while washing the bottom parts… they’re sharp like a knife!
