Rubbish quality the strap is so thin it makes it impossible to put on. When you manage that, the heels are so narrow makes walking uncomfortable and painful. Please don’t purchase this product. Waste of time and money.

The other reviews criticise things like it being difficult to put into a shoe or under a sock which has to be expected, your adding 5cm to your foot ofcourse its going to be more difficult.However quality is good its top strap feels pretty flimsy but I dont imagine it snapping and it’s comfortable to wear.However I bought the 5cm one and it most definitely does NOT add 5cm its more like 2 - 3cm.Otherwise its a good product.

Overall, it will increase ur height noticibly but the silicone is low quality and breaks very easily within a few wears.The silicone also moves around as you wear it so eventually you will be off balance which is uncomfortableEssentially, I wouldn’t reccommend

I bought these to go inside flat shoes or trainers but firstly socks won’t fit over them and my feet won’t fit inside my shoes with them on. They are also unstable, so you wobble around and the silicon is flimsy and will distort and tear.

Great quality but not to be won for a long time. After 3 or so hours, because of how tight it was, I felt my feet starting to feel numb from circulation being slowly cut off.

pretty rubbish.Feels like they’re going to tear putting them on, if you do manage to get them on they’re unstable and uncomfortable.

Thought I'd try these to see what they are like and they are awful there no structure to them they are so flimsy and near impossible to get into a shoe.

Don't get the 5cm option as its too tall for most shoes/boots and can be really uncomfortable
