Are these cookies crunchy enough to crush for a gluten free chocolate cookie crust?

Interesting question! The cookies have a different texture than gluten flour, however, I would definitely try it. The texture has a satiny crunchy feel to it both in hand and in the mouth. They are really quite good. Small, but we really like them.

What's with the ugly new packaging? wouldn't buy this now if i hadn't before, something to do with the price hike??

The cookies were good..... glad they don’t taste like the box. I guess I will still buy them until they taste like cardboard.
