Awesome bookcase. Functional, sturdy and elegant. Packaging compact, parts complete, instructions were clear and unit was easy to assemble. Customer service was very polite and accommodating. Would recommend.

I ordered 2 of these. Both arrived with the same piece broken. Perhaps if a different piece had been broken in either box I could have frankensteined a bookshelf. But no. Same side piece. Integral to the bookshelf being a workable itemWaiting to see how long the manufacturer will take to respond to my email.It’s a real pain to return heave boxes. I would rather have tge replacement piecesOverall though. It is cheap and shoddy and will not last long

Working with this company was fantastic. I appreciate the quality and price, and when a part of the shelf was damaged in shipping, they sent a replacement out straight away.Such a great addition to my space!

We ordered this for my daughter's bedroom (expecting it to be a basic furniture piece with a thin veneer over particle board), but the packing material didn't protect enough from the plastic straps digging in and crushing the front face of two shelves and the thin cardboard back. I got on Amazon Returns chat, because I wanted replacement parts but not return the whole item, and they said they arranged to have the damaged pieces picked up for return (there was no way I could repackage them). Instead we just had a whole new unit delivered to our house...which also had 3 shelves damaged from the plastic straps. Whatever, we just scavenged undamaged pieces from both units and assembled an unscathed bookcase for my daughter, and it meets our expectations just fine: easy to assemble, accurate description, etc. We still have to work out how to return the original unit (or something--right now we've been charged for 2 bookcases), so we're not done with the process. But we're 2-for-2 on products damaged in shipping.

I was looking for “shoe shelves” but they weren’t wide enough for heels so I thought I’d try just regular bookshelves and they worked great! It was easy to put together which I did by myself! The only thing I wish is that it had more shelves available.

First of all, the photos of other customers reviews showing the side pieces cracked or completely broken in half is %100 accurate of this product. When my shelf arrived the first red flag was the packaging. The box it came in was completely split in the center area with packaging tape used as a poor attempt to fix the box. Where the split is on the box is exactly where the two side pieces were broken in half. Fixing them is a waste of time and probably wouldn't work anyways. Not even worth it to send them back. Don't bother with this junk. Definitely look elsewhere and just pay the extra cost for a company and product that isn't completely useless crap. The extra cost is worth the peace of mind.

Easy to assemble
