Dunhill Fir, 10 Feet

This tree is really, really nice! It’s just the height I wanted, 9 ft, and it’s so incredibly full. No gaps at all! Great light placement and the amount of lights is awesome! It looks perfect in my living room and sort of makes it seem as though I’m in a department store for the holidays. It’s a very nice tree. I love all of the light choices; warm white, color, twinkling, etc at the push of a button. So easy the kids can do it!! However, make sure you give yourself plenty of time to fluff. It literally took me hours to get the whole tree fluffed and looking good. I think next year I’ll look for a deal on a tree that comes pre-lit and pre-fluffed!!

The media could not be loaded. If you are in the market for a new tree, look no further! This tree is gorgeous, high quality, and realistic looking. In comparison to the big box stores, it does not even come close as all of those look like cheap, plastic molded tips. This has that REAL pine tree look and it is worth the money (big trust).Don't be fooled by the other reviews telling you that you can fluff this in under an hour. I can assure you, if you want it to look good, you will need 2 hours minimum. It took me 3 hours from cutting the box open to it being fully setup (then you have to decorate). This is not a tree for the lazy as it is a lot of work to get it looking perfect, but it is WORTH the effort!The different lighting modes are awesome, but the twinkling setting is the best one (in my opinion).Highly recommend this tree if you are in the market for new one. Trust me when I tell you that you will be happy with your purchase of this one over the ones from Home Depot or Lowe's for the same price.For reference: we have 9ft ceilings and this is the 9ft tree. Perfect height for us.

First I will start by saying that the tree is gorgeous and a five star. It’s full and it’s huge. You will not be disappointed. I have not finished fluffing it or I would have added a picture. The bad part of this review is in reflection of Amazon directly and not the tree or the company. The star is a direct representation of the poor customer service I received.The tree if purchased had/has a promotion that you will get a free echo pop and smart plug. Upon receiving the tree I went on Amazon to claim my free items. It stated I had until December 16,2024 to do so. When trying to claim them it was only applying half off and wanting me to pay $32. I reached out to Amazon via chat. First they wanted me to send the order ID. Done, but then they asked me for a picture where it shows I would get free items. I thought this was strange being they could easily search the product or the order, but I sent them a picture. Their solution was for me to repurchase the tree and they add them on and when I get the replacement tree go through the inconvenience of returning the one I got. I told them absolutely not. This tree when I bought it was over $300 and it weighs around 50 lbs. It’s not the easiest for me to just pack up and around and who wants to keep forking out several hundreds of dollars. They absolutely refused any other option saying that was the only solution. I asked for a supervisor to call me and was told that the supervisor could do nothing more for me. I don’t honestly care about the free items in comparison to the tree, but it is the principle that I should have received them and felt it’s really poor customer service that I should have to repurchase the item to get said free items. Do better Amazon.

We moved to a new home with a large picture window and 12 ft ceilings so had to upgrade our old dinky artificial tree. I poured over reviews of many trees and landed on this 9 ft. beauty. Honestly, I cannot say enough positive things about this tree! It’s quite sturdy (the base and hinged branches) and easy enough for 2 people to set up and fluff in 1 1/2 hours. No needles fell off and I didn’t need gloves as I spread and fluffed each level in order of assembly. It is very full, wider than I expected, and you cannot see the inside trunk or branches. It looks so real. There are plenty of evenly placed lights (that all worked) and I love all the options for switching from white to colored and twinkling. I feel lucky to have gotten it on sale pre-season at $130 off the current price. No hesitation, I’d pay full price if I had to buy it again!Update:: 2nd year with this tree and it’s still perfect! Fluffed the branches easily after having been stored in the basement off season, and all light options working with none burnt out.

I had seen this tree recommended by a home blogger and a well known interior designer. I caught it on sale in October (although for future reference, it is even less than I paid for it now at the beginning of December). Overall, I am satisfied, but I don't think I would buy it again.What I like: the tree is very full (that is probably what I like most about it), multiple color options for the lights, hopeful of it's longevity in use, it has a warranty.What I am disappointed with: the tree does not look real. It does not look like the up close picture in the listing. It looks like every other tree that you can get at any big box store with the fake green leaves; the lighting system is very odd. I have never seen wires like this, so I'm just hoping that that means it is good quality and not old school (it reminds me of the wiring my grandmother had on her trees when I was a little girl); it took me 2 hours to fluff it straight out of the box (maybe I won't have to do it quite so much every year though).Overall, I was hoping for a realistic looking tree, and this is not it. I have seen trees from Balsam Hill that I had to touch to believe it wasn't real. I wish I had gotten one of those instead. However, this one is very full. You cannot see the trunk at all, and decorated, it is very pretty (my husband even commented that it was the best looking tree we've ever had), and it will hopefully last for many, many years.
