You're better off using the sterilite brand ice container (https://www.amazon.com/Sterilite-72508006-White-Cube-Pack/dp/B00YYFPSL8/ref=cm_cd_al_qh_dp_t) HALF THE PRICE and fits the lansinoh bags perfectly! I got the two pack to use one at home and one at work.

Q: Will this work to store Medela and Lansinoh bags that are already frozen? I laid them flat to freeze them.

I also laid mine flat to freeze before I put them in, and they did fit just a bit sideways since the organizer is a bit narrower. I have used the Lansinoh and Up and Up brand. The Medela Pump and Save bags fit perfectly.

I am sorry I have never used those type of pouches, but what it does work well with the Lansinoh Breastmilk Storage Bags. The storage box freezes the milk in a little square and makes it easy to freeze up to 14-16 pouches in the box. If you are a working mom who would like to continue to provide breast milk while at work this is a must buy.

Hi there...sorry for the delay I had to transfer milk over to answer your question. I'm not sure approximately what it can hold. I can tell you that I can fit 20, 4oz, frozen flat Honeysuckle bags in the main compartment. They have to go in at an angle because they are wider than the box. You can also use the lid for storage. I can get more in there...about 25-30 because it is wider and there isn't the spring holder. Sometimes I just put one upside down to fit it in between other bags. I'm a milk producing machine so I use this and store the rest stacked up in gallon zipploc bags.
