It will do. It’s more of a rice cracker flavor and a bit harder. Can come broken too. My packet was broken It will do if u don’t have the real desi Gol Gappay -

Not at all authentic Indian pani puri
The pani puri did not swell enough upon air frying. The shell was very thick and taste felt nothing close to panipuri. The concentrated pani was too sweet and wasn't spicy. It tasted like preservatives. I wish I could return this!

Easy peasy to cook
Mind you I’m an American so my review is based on my experience with Indian food… holy crap these are so good and so easy to make. I used oil cook method…😳😳😳 so so sooo good and easy. Filled with mixture of chick peas, potatoes, cilantro and mint mix and then poured a bit of Pani Puri water inside… omgosh. I’m in love
