I couldn't tell this is low fat. The taste was really good. But I did use in a roast so it was kind of lost in the mix.

I should have known better because when does low fat cream of mushroom ever taste good. This one though, had no flavor. Added to tarot tot hotdish- I ended up needing more cans than usual because it just did not have the consistency I was looking for.
