I liked the compact, design, the convenience of the tray, it’s a great starter kit for young girls.

Bought for a gift. Arrived in a big box. It is beautiful and of great quality. Great size.

I purchased this for myself and love it. it's the perfect size and has enough room for my sewing stuff that I need. the scissors are great quality too. The little tomato is probably the only thing I would "complain" about. I wish it was just a little bit bigger. but it works great. I got some long needles and I had to turn them sideways to not stick out. The little clip in the front is magnetic. The quality of the material on the outside and inside is greatly done and soft.

This is a really cute sewing basket and perfect for my needs (quick repairs and the like). The colors are bright (as shown), the tray is sturdy, no sharp edges, fits nicely in the basket, and there’s a roomy storage area underneath it. This basket comes with small spools of basic thread colors and tools; not enough for sewing a garment but certainly enough to do a quick repair. The one thing that would be nice would be if the thimble were metal instead of plastic, but I mean-hey!- there is a thimble.Very pleased with this.

I had an old, very, very large sewing basket I bought in 1986. The handle and plastic tray were both broken. So I finally decided I deserved a new one. The largest one available cost way more than I was willing to pay. I settled on this Singer basket because the price and size were right. I went thru the bottom part of the old one and it was a time capsule in layers. I had parts for a machine I bought in 1968 and replaced in 1981.Well, the new basket will only have the essentials and it is fine. Less heavy, reasonably well made. The included notions are not worth anything if you have been sewing for years. I'm sure your own notions are 100 times better than these. I tossed them. But oddly, the tray is much sturdier than the one on the old basket.A good choice. I would recommend it and buy it again.

A young woman I know was entering the convent and needed sewing supplies. I’m so glad I bought this kit for her. The size and price amd quality were good and I filled it up with all kinds of sewing supplies. There was ample room inside amd I liked the upper tray compartment to keep things organized. The girl I gave it to was thrilled to receive it at her going away party. I highly recommend it.

I really was surprised at how well built and pretty this was... I had read some negative reviews bout this basket..mine was perfect ..color of basket not faded it was bright vibrant !! ...perfect for me all I need is just to hem or quick stitch repair PERFECT.. under the sturdy tray I put 42 regular size spools of thread held them all and these spools are regular size bigger spools! This is a perfect sewing basket... If you don't like tiny pins buy more I replaced sissors for smaller size ...make this darling thing what you want it to be I am so happy with my new sewing kit. If you do a lot ..a lot of sewing maybe you need a larger basket ...don't not purchase because of a few comments against what comes in basket...remember make it what you want it to be just add some things you like ...under tray lots of room ok

Comprei como presente para minha mãe porque ela não tinha nenhuma caixa para organizar o itens de costura dela. Ela adorou porque a caixa tem um acabamento bom e veio com mais alguns itens de costura junto. Recomendo!!
