Not Rust Proof
I used this product on an outside balcony and it rusted within a year. Although advertised as rust proof and for use around pools where chlorine is present. It is debatable whether 304 stainless steel is good enough for external use, and 316 grade is very much more expensive.

Just the job
This item was just the job, the glass was slipping from the clasps on the balustrade but these were the perfect solution.
