Village Candle Ghost Cemetery 26 oz Glass Jar Scented Candle, Large

It literally says the scents in the description. None of those. I’m so disappointed. No spice whatsoever. No Forrest smells. It’s Smokey vanilla and I’m sick from it. I’m so so sad about it.I have a horrible headache after trying to burn it anyway hoping the smells in the description would pull though. Nope!! But then again it does smell exactly how I would describe a ghost cemetery... putrid... I should have known.

I feel ripped off, this candle has almost no scent,unless you stand over it, and even then barely, when I opened it and smelled nothing, I would have never ordered if I knew it was just a Halloween decoration, to expensive for this low of quality, if y'all would went heavy on at least one of the listed ingredients I would have been happy, but if I would have guessed blind folded I would say peppermint patty mild.

Extremely off-putting scent for me. I honestly think there must've been some sort of mixup in production, my candle smells like a sickly sweet vanilla scent and I get absolutely none of the notes that are advertised. Maybe Village can confirm this? I usually REALLY enjoy their products, their Balsam Fir candle continues to be one of my all time favorites. I can only assume that this particular experience is some sort of production fluke.I'd certainly be willing to change my review in case I got the wrong style, but I don't want to reorder one in case the same scenario happens.

This hardly smells spooky at all. It smells of carmelizing sugar. It should titled ‘retro grandma kitchen’. I expected something earthy, mossy...,,,,, you know, vaguely cemetery scented because that’s what it says on the label. My failure for buying sight unsmelled.

The fragrance is listed as frankincense, clove, sandalwood and evergreen. All my favorites. But it just smells like a tootsie roll. Too sweet.

At twenty dollars for this candle, it looks surprisingly cheap, and the scent is quite minor and not that pleasant.

Ich halte "Ghost Cemetery" für eine echten Hingucker. Das Kerzenbild ist wirklich der Hammer. Es trifft das Thema "Halloween" wohl zu 1000 Prozent. Meines Erachtens unterscheiden sich aber die angegebenen Duftkomponenten vom tatsächlichen Duft erheblich. Oder die Verbindung aus jenen ergibt diesen für mich ziemlich "gruseligen" Geruch. Die Kerze wurde daher draußen verbrutzelt. Insgesamt vergebe ich 4 Sterne. Denn die Kerze macht was her und meinem Mann gefiel der Geruch sogar sehr gut.
