What can be said negative about Pepperidge Farm Cookies.....ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! These soft baked, milk chocolate variety from Pepperidge Farm comes with 8 deliciously decadent cookies per package with a total of 5 packages per order and is mouth watering for any cookie or chocolate lover period! To boot, since this type of variety of Pepperidge Farm Cookies NEVER goes on sale at the supermarket or grocery store(at least where I live) unlike Milano and their Goldfish Brands, it would cost you $3.49 per bag X5, for a total of $16.95. Except I pick these up all the time through Warehouse Deals fulfilled by Amazon.com for anywhere between my most recent purchase for 5 bags @ $11.04-$11.82 in the past, so you can't go wrong! If the Warehouse Deals(when available) or straight Amazon have a listing available at a higher price then mentioned in this review, then BE PATIENT and rest assure that the price will come down and you'll snag a great bargain like I do all the time on a regular basis. Having some now, Mmmmm!

This was described as a pack of eight bags of cookies. Instead there was only ONE bag. I would never have paid this much for one bag of cookies! Don't be taken in by this false advertising!

Super intense dark chocolate flavor, soft/chewy texture, lots of chocolate chips: a perfect combination for chocoholics like me! I really like these fudgy brownie-like cookies, and really TRY to limit myself to only 2 at a time. I repackage them into 2-cookie zip-loc bags and toss them into the freezer. That way, I'm not so tempted to eat the entire package in one sitting!Really really good -- if you're a chocolate lover, you'll definitely like these.

I will not buy again.

Cookies were delivered in a plastic bag. Last Oder was in a box and were good.This delivery in a plastic bag are all crumbled. For the price this is terrible.Not happy and cannot return.I would appreciate a replacement in a box!Thank youKatie Kolitsky

These cookies have that old fashioned homemade flavor! Like them warm with that just out of the oven flavor? Place on paper towel and microwave on low for 20 sec. These are a favorite snack. If not kept in a closed container (fold top of bag and secure with a clip) they become dry. No problem! Use a slightly damp paper towel, wrap cookie and microwave on low for 20 sec. These are grandchild approved!

I am neutral on recommending the Pepperidge Farm Soft Baked Cookies, Santa Cruz Oatmeal Raisin :(1) 5 stars for being delicious, soft with a good texture. It has lots of sweet raisins.(2) 2 stars for potentially unhealthy interesterified oils, which has been found to raise bad LDL cholesterol level, just like trans fats, also called partially hydrogenated oils.Some research by Sundram et al., etc concluded both the interesterified oils and trans fats increased the fasting LDL/HDL-cholesterol ratio, which is bad for heart, etc.Trans fats has been banned in Europe for many years, and is recently proposed to be banned in the USA by the F.D.A..Different studies have shown trans fats, like saturated fats, raise bad LDL cholesterol and increase the risk of heart diseases. Unlike saturated fats, trans fats also lower good HDL cholesterol and do more damage.

There is plenty to like about these cookies. They are rich and soft. Perfectly baked. Another good cookie from Pepperidge Farms.They came in good shape, none broken, Immensely good.
