Winco French Whip, 12-Inch, Stainless Steel

I ordered a 12 inch whisk. What arrived was comically huge... It's gigantic. It is nearly 24 inches long from hilt to tip. I will never use this, its too darn big, but I'm keeping it for decorative purposes.Meanwhile, its heavy duty and very well made. I am going to buy a smaller one from this seller because the quality is definitely there.

I've never had a whisk this stout before, and frankly I love it. No batter is too thick, no gravy too rich for this thing!My only very slight annoyance is that, even though it is clearly marked as an FN-12, it's not really a French style -- it's much closer to a traditional balloon whip shape. Other french whisks I've used were much narrower for stirring deep pots and getting into nooks and crannies.Still, for $11, this thing is hard to beat. By which I mean it is EASY to beat things with it.

Good and sturdy. Not at all flimsy, means that you are able to completely mix up very thick batters and sauces.

Actual size was much wider then the photo showed. So one could not use it in smaller vessels.

heavy gauge promises years of use. Looking forward to whipping it and whipping good. Stainless steel offers easy clean up.

I love this whisk! I use it almost daily for one thing or another! It is sturdy, durable, and strong! You can whisk quickly without making a mess and finish up your dish(es) in no time. It is slightly heavy and takes up space but you'll have it for years and be very happy!

This whisk is a sturdy construction which is very important when whisking something like egg whites. This item works very well. Would purchase again.
