Awesome filter wrench for diesel filters

Looked all @ city by where I live no one had one of these in stock. Found this one on line, price and size was right so bought it. Did the job intended for it very well. Again, price was right and the quality was good. Will do well for me.

It says it reaches 12". The pipe I was trying to remove was 12" and the chain was too short by about 1/2" to fit around the pipe. Very disappointing and money wasted.

I broke the link to bar connection. Easy repair with a 5/16 grade eight Allen bolt. I had to grind a small amount of metal off the grooves for an easier wrap.

Excellent tool at a great price. I’ve been a Heavy Equipment mechanic for nearly 20 years and am always on the lookout for quality tooling at a good price. I’ve already used this wrench a few times and it has exceeded my expectations.

Worked with the stubborn oil filter after 3 other tools failed. I wouldn't use this thing on a real heavy-duty task though.

I purchased this to do a single job that only this type of "wrench" could accomplish. This thing is so cheap and cheesy that the handle broke with only hand pressure...the very first use! It broke just below the head, and because the handle is cheap cast "pot metal", there is no way to repair it. What a POS!!

Chain wrench

Seems very well built and chain fitment to 3 lugs built in should provide a very strong long lasting grip on filters , piping etc. price was fair for quality of this product. I would recommend.

Grips almost anything round and every tool box should have one. Will grip and get into places where a pipe wrench won’t get into.

This tool seems pretty solid. I've been using it to try and free a seized dirt bike engine. No luck so far but the wrench is still in one piece despite using piece of steel pipe as an extension and pulling as hard as I can.

Gets the job done
