We accept returns if the ornament arrives broken or misspelled due to our error. Since each ornament is personalized, we can't accept other returns. Please report any issues within 3 days for broken items or 30 days for other concerns!

Once your order is placed, changes or cancellations aren’t possible due to the personalization process. Please double-check your details before submitting. If there's an issue right after ordering, reach out ASAP, and we’ll do our best to help!

How will my order be packaged? Will my ornament be secure and packaged properly?

Orders are securely packaged in a branded gift box. For enhanced presentation, consider our boxing options. We take every precaution to ensure your ornament is well-packaged. However, if an item arrives damaged, reach out within 3 days of arrival.
