Ceramic Frog and Toad House

I bought this to add to an area around a downspout where I put in native ferns. This year I got my first tenant - a Pacific tree frog. He says he's the only frog on the block that has his own terracotta mansion. The others are slummin' it in the irrigation boxes. He says the only improvement might be if there were fewer suprise photo shoots.I am going to buy a few more to build similar setups around a couple other downspouts.

My mom is a Gardner and this cute toad house was needed in one of her many gardens. Part of the many gifts during Mother's Day.

This is a very nice toad house. Cute under some bushes in my landscaping. Sturdy and well made it will last for years. That makes the hefty price worth it I think. Still waiting for a toad to move in but it should just be a matter of time.. They seem to like it damp and my irrigation was out of commission for a few weeks and it's been very dry. I've always had frogs and toads visiting so now that it's more moist I'll be watching!

It is just as described. I only wish they had instructions on how to encourage a fog to make it his home. I do have guest, daddy long leg spiders love it.

I love this toad house!!! I have a beautiful toad that has come back for two years in a row and I’m excited to offer her a hiding spot! I’m going to fortify with some leaves and hay to help her hibernate! Tonight she emerged and looked at it! It’s big but cozy, terracotta, but glazed on the top to block leaks and cracking!

I have 3 toads in my yard. They always come on to my patio and try come inside when it rains, so I got them this little house to use as a shelter.It’s so well made and looks lovey in my garden. Toads like it too. I’m going to get a second one.

Our toad really likes this thing! He’s not in it every morning but about 50% of the time he is napping in it when we go out first thing with the dog.

I debated buying this for a long time as I already have a "toad abode". The one I have though is small and I wanted a larger one. This fills the bill completely. It looks great and has a nice shelf on the bottom (instead of being open to the ground) so that toads can hide in leaves. It is made by a British company, which I did not know when I bought it but is definitely an asset.
