Excellent product for the price. A frame alone will cost you $60. Easy assembly (for my husband!) and looks way more expensive than it was.As others noted, it's black. Which is what I wanted and was hoping the other reviewers were right. They were. It's a shiny black color with maybe a bit of pewter sheen, if that makes sense. It's not matte.

I just got this bed yesterday and I love it! Very easy to put together- I was able to assemble it all by myself. Also sturdy! Needs a box spring. Also it's not bronze- it is black. I'm fine with that, but just be aware that it is not brown. I'm very happy with the product! Elegant but also affordable. 5 stars!

They first sent the wrong bed, so it was a LOT of trouble with the exchange. When the right bed did finally arrive, it had some cosmetic problems and it was pretty difficult to get together. It isn't great quality.

I moved from the UK to the US and needed a new bed.This one arrived on time, well packaged and my husband set it up on his own no problem.It is a nice matte black finish and pretty sturdy.My only gripe is that there was no idication that a box spring would be needed, let alone what that even was! To any other Brits - it stops the mattress (and you) falling through to the floor in the middle of the bed (when you decide not to heed your other half's warnings of flopping straight onto the new bed is maybe not a good idea)!So here we are, sleeping on the floor, waiting for the box spring to arrive so it can be used rather than looking rather lonely in the bedroom.We've gone for a metal tubular, ready made box spring in the hope of it being more sturdy than the wooden versions. Hopefully it fits!

First of all, this bed is black. I don't know what the Mahogany Gold stuff is about, but luckily someone wrote in another review that this bed is black. I'm 100% ok with it and because of that, I knew what to expect.Second of all, the bed was easy to assemble and looks REALLY NICE! Nothing seemed to be cheaply made, and we found no issues while putting it together. I really like this bed, and if I need to get another bed frame for the guest room in the future, I will more than likely buy from this seller again.

While the design was nice, even though it came in black, the bad part is that the frame was wrong. It was missing pieces as there was no possible way to put it together. So now my room is torn apart and I have just a box spring on the floor as my bed. I am returning the items but am still going to have to deal with not having a proper bed until sometime next week when the replacement arrives.I will update this one the replacement is received if it comes in correct, but right now I can't see this as having been a good purchase.

Bad packaging, our bed got scratched and bent. And I'm not totally happy with the super shiny finish but for the price we kept the bed until we hopefully upgrade to a king. It is super sturdy when set up, and still does look pretty.

The beds (I bought 2 twin beds) were delivered early, which was great for me because I needed them ASAP. Each bed came in 2 boxes, headboard and foot board in one box and rails in another. The set up was easy once we figured out the instructions. Four extra support legs come with the frame/rails, I really liked that. All and all it's a nice looking bed. It's sturdy too.
