All around great
Years ago my GI doctor actually recommended this cereal, for its high fiber. Still part of my morning routine, a bowl in the morning, works good without causing gas or diarrhea. The texture is similar other brands, softens quickly in milk. Not real sugary which I like. Tastes good plain, with fruit, or honey. Amazons price is better than Walmarts so far.
