Initially I bought this supplementas source of phosphorus but I notice that whenI take it twice a day it helps with swelling of my legs. So it’s kinda 2 in 1 for me. I keep repurchasing it.

I got this after watching Dr. Berg talk about the need for phosphorous. I’ve already forgotten why I need it, but it tastes so good, like a squirt of lemon juice. So I add it to my green tea. I just hope Dr. Berg would approve, haha!

I ordered this instead of a more expensive product. Im satisfied. The recommended dosage is 30 drops or 1.5ml. This will be about two droppers full. I only take half that dosage (one dropper full in water)

when I started taking it with the quinine, my cramps in my legs were gone. Rapidly. I’m going to take it a little further and test if I can to see if I have to take both for it to work. I’m going to take just one for a while see if it works. Then I’ll try the quinine. Like not to have to take anymore than I have to.

Taste is not offensive (certainly not sweet), but mildly tolerable. Effective too.

This was a replacement order for the precious order that was received shattered. The second package was received without being damaged but this product is working good for our needs.
