I’m going to try it out for work but I mostly got it for my Ghostbusters costume. Because the one on Spirit Halloween belt they sell is cheaply made. I always buy their stuff as a base model then upgrade it.

My husband lost a set of keys out of his pocket while at the local store. When he pulled out his car keys the set to our storage building and shop dropped out. Luckily, when he went back to the store, someone turned them in. I ordered the key chain strap right after. My husband loves it. It fits nicely on his belt and now he has no fear of losing his keys. The key chain strap is sturdy and looks nice on the belt.

Exactly what I was looking for

It works, but was extremely disappointed with how thin and flimsy the leather strap was. I've own plenty of these over the years and this is the first one that did not have a nice thick and sturdy strap. It works. It looks nice. But I don't expect it to last long. Leather is only about 1/16th of an inch thick.

They don't design keychains like this anymore! I got this to replace the one I'd been using for 30 years. It was a good price and, so far, I like it! It's thinner than my last one, so I'm not sure if it has that same durability. For now, it works for me.

My 84 year old Dad has carried a leather key chain similar to this one for as far back as I can remember. This May, the leather key chain he'd been wearing for at least 10 years finally broke, prompting me to find a new one. I scoured the web, looking for a decent replacement, but found there weren't many choices out there. When I found this one on Amazon, I noticed there were several comments about how thin the leather is and how it was not very heavy duty. I figured that my Dad didn't need a heavy duty key chain because his favorite pastime now is sitting in his chair watching tv. Well, I was wrong. The leather on this key chain is not just thin, it is extremely thin, and the quality is very inferior to that of his previous ones. It is August now, 3 1/2 months after my Dad began using it, and the "leather" is cracked and peeling. There is absolutely NO WAY this could last a full year, even being used by my very inactive Dad. If my Dad wore this thing out by sitting in his chair and walking to and from lunch and dinner where he lives, then any normally active person would wear it out in less than a month. The good news is that I found a leather key chain at ACE Hardware that is thick leather, and it looks like it would last for years. Do yourself a favor, don't waster your money on this one.

The leather band seems to be okay but, the metal bracket that holds the keys is a little on the bulky side.I just hope this new one lasts as long as my old one.
