These nunchucks are great for anyone wanting to learn/practice. Very light, soft, and for the most part durable. One of mine broke while bouncing off of my arm. I’m guessing that one was just faulty because the other set remains in great condition. One broken nunchuck = the one star missing. Other than that it’s a fantastic product and would recommend.

If you use them as nunchucks they are great for training and exercise. They can be filled with sand or whatever you want from the bottom to make them heavier after you have some experience. I bought two set for my kids and they love them. I even use them to do some exercises. They are awesome. If your an idiot with them and slap them on a corner of a table or hit things with them or try to bend them you will probably damage them. Remember they are plastic tubing inside. If you want to hit things get wood ones. Also I know these are soft foam but fact: if I hit you with these I would drop you to the ground, especially if used as intended with multiple hits. Even if they are empty they will sting and can be used in that manor. Lastly if the chance is to long for your kids all you have to do is open the loop and bring the links in until it’s close enough for them and re close the loop. Simple.. hope this was helpful I never leave reviews. Regardless they are a great product.

These are good, solid practice nunchuks for any level martial artist. You can see in my pictures that they are very solidly built, which is vital for safety in a product like this. The rivet connecting the handle to the chain does not wobble or have any give, it's very solid. The padding used on the grips is soft enough to protect you while practicing, but still solid enough to give you a good grip. The chains have no spacing on any of the links, so those won't be falling apart, either. A good, solid product.
