Cougar Cork Roll 24" x 48" - 1/8" Thick - Premium 100% Natural Cork Board Roll for DIY Projects

I had purchase cork rolls before this one is very dense definitely high quality did not understand some of those pictures with all those defects did not seem to be the same product

I ordered this cork roll to cover the top of a small cabinet. I did not want to use adhesive, however, and this very thin cork sheet is just not heavy enough to stay in place on that surface. Plus we could not get a smooth enough cut because the cork tore when using a utility knife and crumbled a bit when using scissors. That said, I still give it 5 stars because I decided to use it instead for lining some large closet shelves. For that purpose this roll worked extremely well. I am a cork lover and it makes me smile when I open the closet and see and smell the cork, which also makes the shelving look neat and clean. I plan to order more rolls to finish the closet.

As stated. I used these as a backing for a map board project and there were some areas that didn’t feel too well adhered.

It came as expected. I was actually looking for something thicker but in the amount of time I had, this piece was available faster. Though it wasn't actually what I was looking for I'm happy with it. I didn't have to cut it so I don't know how hard that would be. It easily rolled out. I was worried how it would hold up after being rolled up for I-don't-know how long. But there was no tearing when unrolling so I'm happy with the decision. I let it lay overnight before I used it so it’d be flatter. The picture is when I immediately unrolled it.

This cork rips as easily as a sheet of paper. It ripped immediately upon opening.

I used hot glue to stick to the side of a file cabinet which worked but caused some bubbling. Also the cork easily crumbled when being handled as if perhaps it was very old and it’s of the corners came sort easily. It is very fragile. Not thick enough to use a tack on.

This is the first time I have ever bought cork, but from what I can tell so far, it's pretty decent. I bought it to replace the cork on my coaster sets. I'm having a hard time getting the cork to stick but I am going to try a different type of glue. It's too bad this didn't come with a sticky backing.

Product is perfect for its task. Thin enough to unroll and use to line shelves or drawers but not so flimsy that it will disintegrate. Pretty pleased.
