I’m naturally a level 7 blonde and get my hair highlighted twice a year. In between appointments, when I want to refresh my color and knock out any brassiness, this shampoo and conditioner duo works perfectly. I like to use my regular shampoo first and then follow up with this one to get the best results. Best purple shampoo I have tried. And I have tried many. I am naturally a brunette but have caramel highlights to help disguise my gray roots. I use this purple shampoo as my roots grow in to tone the highlights as they start to fade until I can get back into the salon. It helps me to be able to go longer between salon touch ups. This will always be a repeat but for me. This shampoo leaves my hair so soft and moisturized. And the scent is great too. I am allergic to some fragrances but this one doesn’t bother me.

Not for everyday use. Duh. I know that now! Consider this a public service announcement to the people like me who don’t (or can’t) read the fine print on their shampoo/conditioned bottles. Worked well for a while with the blonde, then kept working and turned my blonde to a gray now heading toward gray with lavender undertones. For weekly use only.

Fast delivery. I used these straight away. Shampoo is very drying on my hair (or anyones). Conditioner wasn't too bad. Maybe the Conditioner is all you would need if you don't want additional drying and breakage. The product pigment is great so I was disappointed with the low impact results. I have used better products.
