My elderly mother recently moved in with me. She wanted some wall hooks in her closet. I decided something like this would give her a little more storage. Super easy to install. (60yo female). Almost easier than breaking down the box it came in! Seems sturdy and well-attached to the wall. Looks nice too!

This shelf is a good value for the price. Well made, quality mounting system, nice color. Color is not a bright white. It is a soft white with a faint tan undertone. It is a neutral color that blends in with many other colors. Be sure to mount it on studs in the wall because it is substantial. I wanted to use it for towel storage in my bathroom, but the shelves are too shallow for that purpose. However it would be just fine for hats, scarves, gloves, backpacks, etc., in the hallwall. And the mounting system ensures that the shelf won't be knocked off the wall (french cleat system). Instead, I will store bathroom sundries on these shelves in pretty baskets, thereby making room in my closet for towels. Really nice product. Don't hesistate. My husband, with me helping, installed it within about 40 minutes. Very logical installation, compared to others I've seen.

Bought this to help the clutter of command hooks in the entry way. This shelf looks very nice, it really makes the room feel like home. It's a bit on the heavier side so we used lag bolts to install it to the wall. Feels very sturdy. If I had to point out a downside, the only way we could find to really secure it to the wall was to drill through the backing on it. Otherwise there is a spot to kind of hang it from something like a nail or screw. I dont find it safe or secure to do so. This shelf is worth the money.

I was nervous to order this because the Color description was "ivory" - I have an entryway bench that is white white and I was worried this wouldn't match. But I have 2 light fixtures that are less than 48" apart so was limited to a smaller width than the 48" cubbie shelf that seems to be standard. Since this one is about 36" wide I went ahead and ordered it and I'm so glad I did. You cannot tell at all that the bench and cubbie are not the exact same color. The quality is great. It has decluttered my entryway which was the goal! All our keys, parking permits, kids sunscreen, sunglasses, and other small misc items are stored nicely in the cubbies and my sons' jackets, sweatshirts and hats hang from the hooks. Along with the cubbie bench I bought separately my foyer is now much more organized!

I love this piece! It fits our space perfectly and helps keep us organized. It came very well packaged with no damage. The piece is solid and well-built. It was easy to install, but it’s heavy so having two people is helpful. It also arrived sooner than I expected. Very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend!

We ordered this to hang in a bedroom. We looked at other variations on Amazon as well as from Pottery Barn (~$270). We are always impressed with the quality of orders from PB, but weren't prepared to spend that kind of cash for a shelf. I was pleasantly surprised when this shelf arrived. The quality is good, especially for the price. The only complaint I have is that one of the hooks was a little crooked. However, it was not enough to warrant fixing or a return. It hangs easily and feels secure. If I were using it to hang coats, I would probably use anchors, which are not included with the kit. I would definitely purchase again.

This is a well made shelf, perfect size for a bedroom wall where I wanted it. Got in time to decorate the cubby holes with Christmas decor, looked adorable & "just enough" decor for the holiday. Hooks are perfect to hang a shirt, sweat shirt for quick grab. Highly recommend

The shelf is pretty expensive and externally heavy. The shelf was cracked upon arrival but it took so long to arrive I didn’t want to attempt to return or replace it. It is nice when it’s up I don’t think it’s worth the money.

Good product, I really like the finish and quality. One of the screws for the hooks was rusty when it arrived, which was weird. It was an easy fix (just had to find a replacement wood screw that fit). That's the only reason I'm not giving this 5 stars. Otherwise, it's great.Despite being heavy, I was able to mount this by myself. Having the french cleat makes the job much easier than I'd have thought.

Very sturdy, easy for my son in law to install. It is a creamy white instead of a glossy or shiny white.

Solid hardwood with nice finish (ivory) looks like something you would find at pottery barn. It uses a French cleat to attacch to the wall which is one of the easiest, cleanest looking and secure attachment methods since you have "wiggle" room to be able to attach to 2 wall studs and still center the piece where you want it. No visible screws which is a big plus over other units in this price range. All in all surprisingly nice and well made.

Holds alot of weight. The french bracket makes it easy to hang and find studs to screw into. Normally has more stuff on it.

After searching over a month for the perfect shelf I finally purchased this one; and I'm so glad I did! Product arrived assembled and I was able to install this product by myself. The shelf is sturdy and heavy but installation is a breeze. This item was above and beyond my expectations and I'm so glad that I decided to go with this one. If you're teetering on the fence, go ahead and take the plunge; you won't regret it!

We wanted something that would fit in our hallway that could store hats and baby shoes. This storage unit is extremely easy to install and looks absolutely lovely. One of the reviews I read suggested that the cabinets were not deep enough. However, I found them to be sufficiently deep to hold kid shoes and hats. I am not sure what someone would need it to be deeper for. I think buying quality furniture that will withstand time is worth the price. This is a great example of such an investment.

I hung this up in the laundry room that also serves as the mud-room/putting-on-shoes-before going out. Each compartment will hold a hat, gloves and sunglasses. We have kids jackets on each hook. I put ball caps on the top rack. Under the coat hooks I placed a small white bench for the kids to put on shoes before going out (Roundhill Furniture Pina Quality Solid Wood Shoe Bench, White Finish). It was just right for our small laundry room.
