this stuff is fantastic. it prevents blisters and pain. bottom line. i rub this all over my toes, the space under the toes. around my ankles and definitely behind my heels. dont forget your pinky toes too!ive worn my sandals longer than before I had this. also used this to wear heels at a wedding and it helped tremendously. i will order another one when im out and cant praise it enough.

It was weird rubbing what looked like deodorant on my ankles and feet but it was totally worth it. This protected my ankles from rubbing all day and seemed to even prevent sweating a bit. I used this during our vacation that was nothing but walking and this is the first time I did not have blisters. I love that it is compact to fit in my bag and that even using it everyday on the trip I still have most of it left. I would get it again

This changed my life. I have extremely blister prone feet, once I got one from walking for less than 5 minutes. I love to travel and do a lot of walking on trips, and that used to be a source of anxiety for needing to pack things to manage the eventual blisters I would get from walking 10-15 miles a day. I used this on my most recent trip and didn’t get a single blister during the entire week long trip where we walked at minimum 10 miles per day. I used this on where I usually get blisters (balls of my feet and surrounding area) and was amazed that I got no blisters. This worked when I wore socks and sneakers and when I wore sandals, I’d just put this all over my feet and then put on my shoes and be good to go. If you have blister prone feet I’d definitely try this out, it felt magical!

I will say I was skeptical about this at first but Im glad I got it. I've used so many different powders from expensive brands and NOTHING has work like this has. I work 16+ hours on my feet and this has helped me not get blisters at the bottom of my feet and also my feet don't smell wearing this. It is very small and if you will use it everyday I will go by fast but definitely worth it.

I recently needed to wear brand new, not broken in heels for a full day at a professional conference and then to the airport, through security, to my gate etc. So a lot of walking, and I was worried about my feet given the heels were not broken on, were brand new, and were pretty cheap here on Amazon.Tried this stuff. No bandaids, no moleskin, no wraps, nothing else, just a light layer of this on my feet.I was still comfortable walking after 12 hours in the shoes and not a single blister. I call that a miracle. I will never wear heels without using this again.

Ok, I don't normally write reviews and I really like this product but y'all are ridiculous for the size of this thing for $9. Like seriously, make it the size of a regular deodorant stick. I just bought this and the little piece is already falling out of the tube like it's at the end of it's life. Not only is it small packaging but it seems like the stick inside is shorter now too. Where are your ethics, body glide? Like yeah I am a customer and I want to buy this but actually give me some product and not a practically empty tiny tube for $9.
