I used this product daily when setting up my no filter aquarium for my crystal red shrimp. It’s important to maintain a healthy water cycle for both my shrimp and planted plants and this product does exactly that. I will say sometimes if not monitored properly the colours may spill over each other and create accuracy errors but there’s plenty to do another test.

These are easy to use water testing strips.I am not sure as to their absolute accuracy but for comparison purposes, they do the job. I used them to test water that has been through a Brita filter and compared the results with tap and bottled mineral water.The differences were considerable.

The media could not be loaded. I needed to check my tap water parameters but I did not want to spend tons of money on liquid tests for each individual chemical. I know liquid drop tests are much more accurate than any strip test, but it will be way above my budget if I were to buy liquid tests for all of these parameters. This test is easy to use, just submerge in water and take it out. I noticed that the results are more accurate if you don't keep it submerged for any length of time (I think it washes away the chemicals from the strip). I happen to have an accurate liquid drop test for PH so I cross checked the results from the strip and from my more expensive drop test and can confirm that ph is tested accurately on this strip test. I don't have any other water tests so cannot comment on accuracy of other parameters but I expect them to be in place since the PH was accurately measured.

Not recommended for flouride testingI got these mainly for testing flouride in the water, but the colour scale for flouride are all almost the same shade so it's not possible to tell if there is no flouride or lots of flouride.Also, instructions say to put strips in water for minutes but others are saying dip in water for only 5 seconds.The colours can run out of their blocks and into other blocks so that the colours of unrelated things get mixed together and confuse reading more.

I found these very easy to use but you have to follow instructions strictly, 2 seconds dipped in water, read at 30 seconds, once you leave it longer then a minute results become inaccurate. I tested the well water and tap water with expected results, fluoride in the tap water but otherwuse uncontaminated, no fluoride in well water and a little harder.

This doesn't work. I had laboratory testing of my tap water which showed very high levels of lead at 34 so I have bought water filter.i have used strip for both my tap water and filtered one and both strips did not change color at all and color is spilling out of them !! I had few reagents strips in the past for different things and never did the colour spill as it's not supposed to, do not buy.

So easy to use & alot of test results!The only thing I question and I do this for all products is how do I validate it is accurate? I would need to benchmarking with another product, but assuming this has passed some sort of quality certification.

The results were difficult to read, as the colour was varied on each of the squares. I did the test twice and got different colours both times. It gives you a general idea of water composition, but not completely clear.
