These jars are very sturdy, when I opened them I thought they were glass. But they aren't. They are made of a very thick acrylic. The lids fit well, nothing loose or rattling. Great buy!

I am So Pleased with this purchase!! I actually thought I was buying glass, but was extra happy it was Amazing acrylic with high quality ORB lid that made it feel like a glass fit!! I bought this to hold herbal shower tablets (stored on side of tub), so glass was risky and this worked out PERFECTLY!!! LOVE THE SET!!!

This review is actually a 3 in 1 review. The 2 jars, candle holder and floating shelves were all items I purchased from Amazon and I love all of them! Since the focus is on the 2 jars, I'll just speak about that. It arrived earlier than expected which is always a plus. Everything came in one box, one jar inside the other. I was so excited about receiving the jars that I went and purchased my own labels not realizing (because I didn't read the description) that generic "Cotton swabs" and "Cotton balls" labels came with it. Which is what people usually use these jars for. So unless you want to use them for something else, you don't need to purchase labels. Again, those labels in the picture are separately purchased. The jars are very lightweight and as other people have stated in the reviews, they're small. As you can see from the photo, they fit nicely onto the floating shelves. Oh and one other big plus is I guess because they're plastic...no fingerprints, yeah! I'm very pleased with my purchase.

I bought these jars for my bathroom for q-tips and gauze pads. They look very pretty and both the lid and the jar are heavy (not flimsy). Love it when storage is pretty and functional at the same time.

Omg am I surprised by the quality of these plastic jars they feel and look just like glass amazing. They look better than the glass ones I own you will not go wrong buying them

These bathroom canisters have the look of glass, but they are made of heavy plastic that feels like lucite/acrylic. The lids are metal (painted or powder coated) with the look of oil-rubbed bronze; the metal is sort of lightweight/ thin compared to lids on similar jars. They came with pre-printed labels for cotton swabs and cotton balls, but you could use your own labels (or omit the labels). Overall, I think that they're a great value for the price.They were shipped nested together in an attractive box within the larger shipping box.

Doesn’t feel flimsy

The small jar lid fits too tight to lift right off. I have to hold the bottom of the jar and then remove the lid. I don't believe the lid will eventually loosen up. It's pretty tight on the jar. The large jar lid works perfectly. I can lift the lid off with one hand to access the contents. I do like the fact that even though it is plastic it looks like glass.

It is good size, good quality and looks sooooo nice! Highly recommend it. 😊
