It was very difficult to install in a tight space, the threads and faucet lock nut are extremely fickle.The water lines require adapters as they are no 3/8”, you’ll need to account for that.The faucet just started slowly dying on us about a month ago. Water was trickling. This was NOT a filter issue, nor water line issue. It was a faucet problem. Replaced the faucet after professional review said it was the issue, and now our water pressure is back up.Wouldn’t recommend unless you don’t mind replacing every couple year, and have a larger cabinet space to install.

The motion sensor doesn't work properly. Other than that 4 star faucet. Every thing else work great. 👍looks beautiful in my kitchen at home.

Sensitivity is not great but you get used to how to touch. The big name brands are more sensitive to touch. This is not a deal breaker. Finish is great even after using for a couple months. Only problem I had is the pull down handle was able to somehow make connection to the touch control when I pulled the handle out. This caused the water to turn on an off rather rapid. A little black tape to isolate the hose from the control pieces and all is well. The good thing about this is it means parts are metal and not plastic. I would buy this again if needed.

This is such a nice kitchen faucet. The shape and color are awesome. The reason for the low rating is that the touch feature is terrible. It randomly turned on, randomly turned off when I tried to wash dishes, and sometimes just wouldn't turn on when I touched the faucet. I took out the batteries and use this as a regular faucet. Disappointed.

Top connection leaked upon delivery, but that could be fixed as another review indicated (but still squeaks; puts all the friction on an "O" ring which was not engineered for that, when it turns - should have been a bearing up there), . Nice faucet for the money, but certainly not an all star. You get what you pay for, but even so, this one might be just a little overpriced for what you're getting.Update: May 20201) I'm not sure what I was thinking, regarding the "O" ring. The pull down faucet includes a plastic sleeve where the top of the faucet connects to the base. The sleeve enables turning, without any stress on the hose connection (as far as I can tell). There's no problem in that design, or particular risk of leaks.2) This faucet has been reliable. The short faucet has been a continuing problem for us. We have the faucet mounted on top of a granite counter top, as close to the sink as we dared bore the hole, and it just reaches the edge of the sink. As a result, the counter top near the faucet mount is continually wet with splash back from the lower faucet. The second problem is that there is apparently no way to clean the pull down faucet head. There's a "button" or disk on the handle which has two holes, obviously for some sort of one-off wrench to be able to turn it, which I don't have and don't know where I would find it. There's just no way to clean out the head, and that's a real problem. Third item is that the pull down braided hose has sprung a leak after about 3.5 years of use. I'm seeking a replacement from this vendor now.Overall, it's been a good faucet, certainly better than my original review, which is why I'm bouncing it from 2 stars to 4 stars.Update: August 2020Fapully sent me a new hose for the faucet free, for the cost of shipping, even though the faucet is 4 years old at this point. In fact, the first hose they sent me was 3" too short (i.e. it was difficult to accurately identify the specific model of my faucet), so they express shipped a second replacement within a few days.For excellent customer service (thanks, Candi), I've got to bump this to 5 stars. In fact, I'm looking for a faucet replacement for my deep sink, and the first word I'm typing is "Fapully". I'd buy any of their faucets.True review, updated 3x, years after the fact.

Loved the faucet for the short time i was able to use it. About 3 mo ths ago we we almost done install it in my new kitchen and it just stopped working. I would recommend th warranty. 130 is alot for it to break after 3 months. Would have been nice if manufactures warranty was still in place. The spray just started dripping everywhere and the plastic piece broke that you either spray or stream.

We really enjoyed this faucet for a solid 2 years. After that it got pulled up and just dropped water. We had a plumber come out but there wasn’t anything he could do.

The media could not be loaded.  Beautiful champagne gold & the color is represented well in the amazon picture. The faucet extension cord works well & returns nozzle to its place easily. Touch feature works well. I gave it 4 stars because the handle seems to stick & prevents adjusting the water flow with ease. The faucet feels sturdy & is really pretty.

Seal failed after a little over a month. They said "too bad for you" and Amazons A-to-Z Guarantee (which is 90 days for stuff like this) didnt apply because I didnt report it within the first 30 days... Failed like 35 or so days after arrival. Nice.
