Hard for me to judge as early days and not taking for a specific condition,just overall health and as its a precursor to glutathione,a powerful antioxidant from what I understand.I think it's important to have and I am grateful it's available in the uk

NAC was recommended by a nutritionist to help support my body to get rid of toxins. I feel it helps. I take 1 most days right before bedtime but make sure you haven’t had anything to eat recently. If it doesn’t get a clear run it lodges in the gullet and causes a horrible burning sensation (it’s an amino acid after all) - you’ll only do it once!

Well packaged product that's easy to take. And the usual NAC smell isn't too over powering.
