My brother-in-law wanted to display his Dad's old tools in his pole barn; which I offered to build. I wanted to secure them with something strong enough to handle the weight of the larger tools, dark in color so it didn't detract from the display, and easy to install. This wire worked perfectly on all counts!

Back in the day this stuff (or something similar) was called bailing wire and it pretty much held the world together. It still does around my place. (My lawn mower's steering rod, for example, is held in place by this stuff even as you read these words.) A pair of pliers (for forming, twisting and tensioning the wire), a wiresnip (for cutting the wire to length) and a roll of this stuff and you have a formidable repair kit at a nominal cost.

We have a paint and body shop and use these to hang parts for paint. Small enough gauge to get in the holes and hooks to hang but HD enough to hang most all of what we attempt to hang. I have purchased these 16 gauges and also the 14 gauges for heavy parts. Always arrives on time and well it Tie Wire so what could go wrong lol
