Very good Boxers - at first glance - not so good after wash & wear
Cannot understand why some reviewers slammed this product for being "too thin." This is UNDERWEAR, and you want it to be thin so that it does not look like you are wearing a bunch of clothing under your OUTERWEAR (Pants). Quality seems good, and yes they do seem thinner than some other brands, but compare the price too. They do have a lot of room for your equipment to move around in, but once again, they are Boxers, not tightly whities. 3 stars for the good fit and color - sort of bland. Would have been nice to have been a little bolder (I use them for sleepwear, not underwear. If you are a woman looking for some as outerwear, look again, not suitable unless you want to let the world see if you have a Brazil, Bikini, or Natural. Not completely see through, but not totally opaque either.UPDATE ON 12-5-2012 OKAY- really are too thin. Plus shape is weird - pokes out at front for some reason. Does not feel better after a few washings, just feels like time to throw away. have reduced from 3 stars to 1 star and really should be less. Have already thrown away and will not ever reorder this stuff again.

excellent boxers, have used for years
I'm not sure why these boxers are getting knocked for being thin. That'sa good thing.I've used these Fruit of the Loom boxers for years. The thing I likeabout them best: - the cotton/polyester material, doesn't get hot like knit boxers, - thin/light material, doesn't feel heavy or thick, I've worn knit boxers and other boxers made from thicker cloth, and they all "weighed me down" so to speak, these feel very comfortable; contrary to what other people say, they don't rip or get holes in them until about 2 years in; I do have some that have rips, but they are a small minority (I think I have like a dozen of these) and they only come after about 2 years of use; like contact lenses, once they are on, you never feel like you are wearing them - the elastic band is just right, never had a problem with them, I've had other boxers be too tight and leave a red mark/welt around my waist - they are fairly cheap, unless you are an underwear model, I'm not sure why anyone would buy designer boxers ($10-$30 a pair), since not too many people will see them

If you're a man buy these
If you're a man like myself (or at least believe you are) you'd be dumb not to buy these...fotl boxers always fit right and great price...in my line of work as a real railroading man I need a good pair of undies and these do the trick as they offer comfort and ease of mind knowing I'm wearing such a good product in a very vital area of the man body...great boxer fotl

Fruit of the Loom has forgotten how to make underwear.
Every pair of shorts I've ever owned had a full width back panel. On these the back panel is 2 panels seamed in the middle. When you bend over guess where that seam goes? VERY uncomfortable and a stupid cheap design. If I said you know where you can stick these I wouldn't be far from the truth.

I love these Boxers! They are well built and the attention to detail is very good.
These are great boxers! I am rather surprised that after all these years, they can still sell these so close to $1.50 per pair. They are worth every penny of that easily.I suspect that this cannot be beaten by local retail places. The cost to buy these through Amazon and have these shipped to me is far better than going to any of the local store only a few miles away.Hurray Amazon and keep on keeping on Fruit of the Loom. One detracting comment I will make: I am one of those guys who wants a button on the fly or a better fly but I use safety pins. They work very well.

My son says these are a winner
I bought these for my "picky" teenage son. He loves them so much so that he is looking for them to be washed as soon as he wears them. We only bought this one package, so every three days he's putting the pressure on me. There is no opening in the front which he likes because he likes to "keep stuff where it's supposed to be". Also, he likes the "freeing" feeling. Having watched him put his pants on over them, to me they look like they need to be tucked in, but he never ever complains and has nothing but praise for them. I'm definitely getting some more to make it easier on me--"the laundry lady".

I Like These A Lot
Previous reviewers complained that the material of these boxers was too thin. I almost didn't order any because of that, but decided to give them a try. The material is certainly thinner than any other I have ever had, but it turns out I find them extremely comfortable and I just got more.Every package contains an assortment of colors, so you can't control that. Some of the colors I like better than others, but they are all good (none are bad). There is also a 5 pack, but they have a decidedly different pattern than these 3 packs. I like the patterns in the 3 packs best. So you could try just one 3 pack, as I did, and then see if you like them or not (personal preference).
