In our house we needed to balance being able to put things away with being able to see what we have. This bread bin is ideal for both, and "double decker" means you can keep bread and pastries separate.A standard square 800g loaf fits in the bottom section end on once you've taken out the first slice or two.The assembly is straightforward if you're used to flat pack, as it's well made and the instructions are clear and detailed. I put it together by myself quickly and without difficulty, though there are steps where it would have been easier to have a spare hand or two.This arrived well packaged. There were additional screws, magnets and one handle/knob, as well as a small screwdriver of the necessary size.I'm very pleased with this purchase.

The media could not be loaded. Great design with 2 layers. I was originally going to purchase a tin or one with a bamboo lid. So glad I decided to go for this one. It storage is roomy. Also food doesn't get forgotten as it can be seen clearly. Plus the shelf system makes it very organised. I absolutely love it. It looks so good in the kitchen. Lovely quality bamboo. Easy to put together. If I was to change one thing ot would be the quality of the knobs. But that's just my preference. I will probably change them for detailed knobs. Very easy to put together. I love the fact that it has small air vents in the back so the food doesn't go mouldy. The magnetic catches work very well. Don't hesitate to buy.

I bought this to fit all our bread products in rather than having rolls etc sitting on the top of our old bread bin.For the price I would have expected it to be fully assembled rather than flat packed but it went together really well. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. I found it easier to use a proper Phillips screwdriver than the one supplied.There were also extra screws, knob and magnets supplied too which was just as well as one of the knobs wouldn’t tighten.In terms of size you can fit a loaf of warburton toast or bread in the bottom compartment and there is quite a lot of room with having the two shelves.All in all this is a really well made sturdy item, that looks really great in my kitchen. Only one suggestion it would be nice to have some kind of caps to cover the screw holes but it’s not a big thing.

Bought for 2 reasons, wanted to separate bread from cakes etc, but for me, most importantly, wanted to be able to see what I had in it. So often had brought bread or buns, and forgotten about them pre use by date.This gives me so much space too.Very happy with the quality, and appearance, the magnetic closures on the doors, also very easy to wipe clean.

The clear windows really help, though they are plastic as opposed to glass (this is fine and stops it from being super heavy).The bamboo gives a good feel with no splinters.It comes with a couple of spare magnets for the closures and a spare hatch handle too.Assembly was fairly straightforward and the end result is a sturdy bread bin.

This is a really great bread bin. We like it so much we've ordered another for storing fruit- instead of a fruit bowl. The two tier bin will allow us to store citrus and apples/pears on separate levels and we'll be able to see what is in the bread/fruit bins. Its well built, quite sturdy, assembled in 15 mins. The beauty is it's bamboo and has small air holes in both back sections to allow air to fully circulate. We got tired of trying to rotate our fruit in a large bamboo fruit bowl and feel this 2 tiered stoage bin will be so much easier to use.

This breadbin, although a little expensive, is a very nice addition to the kitchen, the best thing is you can always see what is in there, nice looking as well, so, all in all, a good buy.

The media could not be loaded. Nice product but for the price quality should be much better, large difference between the length of the sides resulting in a rock, and cracking where the magnets are implanted.
