After reading other reviews, I made sure to inspect the stitching and zipper on my lunchbox when it arrived and everythinglooked good. The zipper stuck a little for the first week or so but now moves freely as long I don't slide it too fast. Everything else about it has been great. It fits several Pyrex meal containers easily and feels substantial enough to handle the weight. That being said, I probably would not get this for a child who might swing it around or be careless with the strap and zipper.It did contain a spilled drink without leaking, which is helpful. The insulation is acceptable for my needs, which are just transport from home to the refrigerator at work. I wouldn't leave perishables like milk or yogurt in it for more than a couple of hours without cold packs.

I love the vibrant design on this roomy, insulated lunch bag! There is plenty of space for my lunch and snacks for the day. The zippers all work smoothly. My only complaint is that the shoulder strap, though durable, is pretty rough on my neck. I'm not sure why this particular strap rubs me the wrong way. I placed the strap over my neck with a full lunch bag and when it shifted the strap slid and gave me a friction burn on my neck. If I had been a child this would have been a very bad start to the day. So maybe carry it by the handle and just enjoy the pretty pattern. Requires ice packs not included.

I love animal print so when I saw this I had to order it. I love this lunch bag and my lunch dishes fit just right in it. I can hold a lot of stuff. I put 2-3 bottles of water in it, 2 granola bars, fruit bowl and my lunch dish and depends on how packed it is it might not zip all the way and I just take somethings out of it when that happens.

Very cute and functional. Plenty of room for multiple drinks and a full lunch. Place an ice pack in with your food and everything stays cold for hours.

I absolutely love this lunchbox. It's deep inside so you can add a meal prep container, drink and two snacks! I also love there are two pockets on the side and a small pocket in front. My only complaint is sometimes the zipper gets stuck while closing .

I use this bag for my breast milk while we are out and about away from home. The ice packs stay cold for close to 10 hours and if there’s condensation just wipe it out. Will be buying more!

Zipper gets stuck alone, so l don't use it as my everyday lunch bag the purpose I bought it for.

It is kinda big but it sure does hold alot of things. Overall a great buy.
