Cart has about 8 rods that form the corner hinges. One one them fell off. Never abused it with heavy loads, rolled it only a few meters on each use, and kept it clean and new looking. Really liked it but it is not as tough as advertised. Wrote dBest for spare rods to fix it. Hope they send me a couple.Update: 5 stars. Customer service will send me a new one. I was just asking for spare rods but they will send me the whole thing. Thats nice!!!!!

Besides all of the above it comes in handy when I have to empty the upper part of my SUV 🚙 tailgate to get to my spare tire or battery cables. Also handy as a “go cart” if you have to leave home in an emergency.

I use this to move books on my sales route. Perfect size. Easy to open/close and it’s very convenient so I keep buying them. Durability could be better. Just wish the bottom was more durable and the locking clips that keep it closed when collapsed were better quality or better mounted. The bottom starts bottoming out when full after about 6- 8 months. Usually purchase one per year.

I have been helping my mom with groceries and stuff for as long as I can remember it was something I did without complaint. But, my back got really hurt this year and my entire body has started to ache and be sore- I fractured my ankle a few weeks ago and am still limping along painfully.I think my mom realized maybe having a wheel carrier like this would allow her to bring in her groceries on her own in times where I am unable. I had actually been telling her about these for years but she always said they would be more of a nuisance than a help-her mind is now changed.It is easy to put together and to put away, it fits a good amount of stuff and has become a great helper in her outings.Highly highly recommend!

Loved this cart at first but the sides bend out and then the bottom falls out along with all my folders and papers & my laptop. It didn’t last more that one semester. It looks like this model has been improved with side braces but I’m hesitant to waste more money.

So I have purchased 2 of the quick cart pros now, the first one back in April, and most recently June. The carts are built amazingly well. The first one I received had a “loose lid”. I initially didn’t pay much attention as I had nothing to compare to. The second one arrived in June and that’s when I realized the lid was not sitting fully. I reached out to the dbest customer service email and received very prompt responses. After sending pictures and video of the issues, I received a call from the manager who knows his product very well. He was able to pin point the problem, that was not a lid, but the pin on the bottom tray that was broken, causing the issue. He is initiating a replacement cart shipment to correct the problem. I have not had such a positive experience with a company as I did today. They stand behind their product and support it to the fullest! I can promise you this, I have two right now, but a third will be coming my way in the future, these are so very handy for files, tools or what ever you need to move around. Aside from the minor problem (believed to be a manufacturing defect) that is now getting resolved, they are built to last!!! Very durable, easy to anniversary’s and can carry a ton of weight! Highly recommended!!

I am a school librarian. My cart gets a workout. I purchased this particular cart because of the weight capacity listed in the description. I have not exceeded that capacity. The sides have snapped after only a few weeks of use. The pins joining the sides of the crate have broken. Additionally, the cover is ridiculously hard to remove once it is put on. Not worth the money, and definitely not able to hold the amount of weight listed in the description.

Easy to assemble. Looks well-made.
