I bought this cane for my elderly mother in March 2018. She sometimes used it when she went out, but she didn't use it in the house. Fast-forward to April/May 2019, she was diagnosed with strep pneumonia that turned septic shock, and she begin walking very unstably. In addition to using the cane when she went out, she began using it in the hospital, the skilled care facility, and presently in her home. It's been a great cane and she really likes the blue color. She's used it so much, lately, that she wore down one of the tips to the metal, and the metal is now exposed and slightly rough due to her dragging it. It would be great if the rubber tips were stronger and lasted longer - is my only complaint about the cane. I called Vive Health and asked if I could purchase cane tips and Grê helped me with such excellent and friendly assistance. She asked me for my order number, and since Amazon is an authorized distributor for them, she was able to look up my order number. She asked me if I registered for the Lifetime Warranty, and I hadn't, so she graciously offered to do it for me. Then, I received an email confirmation that my warranty was activated. She placed an order for four tips for the cane and said they would come free-of-charge, under the Lifetime Guarantee, to my mother's address, where I originally had the cane delivered. I am very impressed with not only the quality of the cane - but that Vive Health has such an excellent warranty - that they honor, and that Grê provided me the knowledge of my warranty, and have the four cane tips shipped to me, FOC. Been using traditional quad canes for 15 years. Single foot not adequate for my use. This cane is lightweight! Colorful! Small quad base that doesn't bang into me, car, doorframes, etc.! I am 5' 11" and the height is adjustable perfectly for me. No more clunky, ugly big, bulky quad canes. Will buy again so I can leave one in the car and one at home. LOVE IT!

Great cane from Mom. She's about 4'11" tall and it came at a perfect height for her. I think it would accommodate a much taller person also, as there are notches to adjust. Very stable and mom really likes it. Love the hand strap, and the wonderful rubber feet. Mom was happy to have a color that she likes. Purple! Would definitely recommend, well made and very sturdy, but very lightweight also

The cane itself is well built but less than one week after I started using it one of the tips had to be repaired. It looks like a defective rubber tip. The metal washer insert in the rubber tip allowed the metal tip of the cane to poke through the rubber tip. I managed to insert a flat washer into the defective rubber tip but a close examination of the other three rubber tips showed tips with pretty poor quality. I inserted new washers into each of the rubber tips. The rubber is pretty flimsy and I expect to have to replace the rubber tips in a short amount of time. I have replacement rubber tips and a comparison of the replacements with the rubber tips on the new cane shows poor quality rubber tips on the new cane.

A few days before her birthday my sister was lamenting that she had run over her old quad cane. It was pretty old (it had been my mother's) so it was no great loss except that she could hardly get around without it. I thought, "I can fix that easily enough." She loves the color purple so I put one on order. At first it seemed there was going to be a delay, but it arrived two days before her birthday and she was thrilled. The only thing she doesn't like is that she needs it as badly as she does. She's happy with it so I will assume it it garners an A+ rating.

although it took 3 weeks to arrive, it was easy to assemble right out of the box. I haven't had any problem with it and use it all day, every day. I'm very happy I gave it a chance regardless of some of the negative reviews. It's actually very pretty and the handle is super comfortable.

My mom just loves this cane! She had asked if I could find her a tetrapod cane, and they were more than 3x the price of this one, but the same item, just different name. This quad cane is the same as a tetrapod, and now we don't have to worry so much about her falling anymore. She has had multiple head injuries and ambulance rides in the last few months. Her walker stroller is fine in the livingroom, but not easy to get around in kitchen or bathroom, and certainly not on stairs! They live in a two story condo, so thanks to this quad cane, she can now get all through the house safely, and we do not have to worry so much about her falling! I was also very impressed with the seller who sent a pdf directly to my email even before we received the cane. Great seller! Great Customer Service! Great Cane!!!!

Everything about the cane is great. My mom took it to physical therapy and they showed her how to use it properly. She enjoys the fact that, unlike a single point cane, it stays upright and available and doesn't constantly fall when she puts it down. Only one complaint and that is that the instructions told you to depress the brass pin or something like that, but on the diagram there was nothing called a brass pin. In fact the brass pin was identified by some other name, so that was very confusing. I had to call the company, but they very swiftly helped me to switch from left to right.

TL;DR - This is a wonderful cane but I can't get away with it.This is my first try of a cane this type of design and it's not for me. It's effective and very sturdy but I have Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and as such my joints are very loose. I used it for a week and after that I couldn't stand the weight which was causing pressure on my shoulder and neck, aggravating my existing injuries and causing muscle spasms. I think it's the swing you need to move it with the weight of it and then the way it stands up.I'm aware I'm of the minority and I think people without my joint and muscle issues would probably get on really well with it but I personally can't use it. It's a shame because it's a wonderful colour and very sturdy.My other gripe is that the material the handle is made out of can rub your hand raw because of the way you walk and the way it stands itself up and I ended up with blistering on my palm between my finger and thumb. Again, this is fixed by putting some sort of material but it made no difference for me due to the other issues I had with it.I'm going to see if my grandmother would like to try it as she's now catching up to me health-wise.

These sticks are great , i use them every day, they are fantastic

I had a sah then I broke m Ty hip and was really struggling to walk but this has helped me so much and it’s given me back my confidence thank you
