Arrived early, broken, but replaced right away. Easy to install.
Ordered on Monday, arrived on Tuesday but porcelain was broken. Was protected very well by vendor, so I blame Fed Ex. They must have ignored the 'fragile' label and gone Ace Ventura on it. Put in for a replacement right away. Received it by Thursday. Easy to install with all the parts included. By the way, when I ordered it on Monday it was only supposed to arrive by Friday. I had the replacement installed by Thursday, so real quick turnaround for the vendor.

Fits American Standard perfectly
Replaced a broken tank with this smaller one. 12" rough in toilet was used in a 10" rough in space. The old one pressed against the wall. Now I have an inch of space between the tank and wall. Simple plug and play install, comes with everything needed. Works perfectly.

Worth the money if a slim size is what you need.
Exactly the slim size I needed. It was very well packed and survived the trip with no problem. Considering the price that was wanted locally for this somewhat unique slim size, I wasn't sure what to expect. This tank matched them in quality and cost half the price. Installed like any toilet tank and worked just fine starting with the first flush. No cracks. No leaks.

Good Value Priced Tank
Tank arrived nicely protected for shipping and was undamaged. Tank comes with all the internal parts pre-assembled. Tank Bolt package (Brass) was pre-opened and missing a couple washers and nuts, but I was able to use some I already had. I had to adjust the float to increase the amount of water being filled into the tank so that the bowl contents thoroughly flushed without having to flush more than once. The installed Flush Valve is not height adjustable. I attached this Tank to a Crane Bowl, the Bolt Holes lined up perfectly.

This item is not sufficiently protected for shipping. The item I purchased arrived in 1,000 pieces. The manufacturer must modify the packaging to allow it to be sold online.
