Fountain is beautiful and so easy to set up. Spray was even larger than I’d hoped. I had a question and the reps emailed me back quickly. Very pleased.

The u it arrived in a timely manner; however, that is the only good new to report. The unit is heavy and cumbersome making it difficult to maneuver to the center of a pond. The descriptor the product is misleading and should be read with the utmost caution. The ad on Amazon states the product (SF 100) is “perfect for all sizes of ponds and lakes”. It is NOT! The cord for the fountain is only 100 feet in length and there is no option for a longer cord. I ask the company for an additional al cord but they told me that the product doesn’t properly function with longer cords ao they don’t sell them. So how is this fountain “perfect for all ponds and lake”? It is NOT! As the fountain was too small for my pond, I tried to return it. What they don’t tell you on the Amazon site is that all returned are subject to a 50% restocking fee. I was not informed of any such fee u til I printed my Amazon return label. I would have neve ours based the fountain had I been aware of this charge. I called the company and they would not budge. They claim that once the fountain. Is opened and/ or used, the fee applies. Again, there is nothing on their Amazon page that indicates this deceptive and unethical policy. DO NOT BUY anything from this company. They do not stand behind their product and they use deceptive and misleading information to promote their product.

Working day in day out

I have had this fountain for the summer now and this is a good fountain for a 1/4 acre pond, it works well and has a decent amount of spray. The only reason it's not five stars is because there is a filter box on the pump and pretty much falls off right when it hits the pond, now I had to pay for a replacement even though they knew it falls off easly. They told me they are looking into it and looking into tethering it with the pump. So if you buy this fountain, zip tie the filter box to the pump. Learn from my and there mistake. Other than that enjoy it, cause it does the job.

Wish it was bigger for the money . There really isn’t much to it not sure why it’s so much money .

Purchased our SF100 and it's going strong for the past 4 years. Customer service has been great and you can't beat the price/performance compared to the other brands. Great Fountain!

Didn’t last a year as the rope to hold in place got sucked into motor. I get it must be hard to make the perfect product, but even after calling they didn’t want to help with replacing or helping on any costs or options. Wouldn’t you think the grate wouldn’t allow the rope to get sucked into the inlet? We even had 5 pound weights attached to each end. If the rope got pulled into ours, it will yours as well . Motor burnt out, no safety fuse or anything.Not sure where to go but to pay another $1400 and get another 1 or 2 years max just sounds foolish

We like the fountain but It doesn’t seem to flow very high. One major issue is that the first Time we put it in the water the filter cover fell off through no fault of our own and we had to order a replacement. Was charged $38. Not happy about that.
