I have previous experience with other consumer level night vision gear and am quite impressed with the quality, features and image.One needs to keep in mind these are binoculars, not goggles. Standard magnification is 3x than they have additional Zoom beyond that. They are not designed for close up work or to use for walking around.They dobabgreat job for viewing wildlife at night which is what I bought them for or any distance viewing.As I said I am impressed and would not hesitate to buy them again.One minor detail is they are a bit on the heavy side but nothing too bad.

I used them immediately and saw in my back yard two coyotes snooping round between me and my neighbor. Thought they were coming close but never could see them, but now I can. Batteries won't last too long depending on amount of it you use. But over all great item!!

Zoom feature is nice at a digital 2X. The finish is a nice rubberized material. The camera version takes a mini size SD card and I'm using a 32GB Transcend class10. Weight comes in at 1lb 15oz with 8 AA batteries installed and batteries are NOT included. The camera resolution is rather low with 100-300 kb per shot depending on light conditions. The rubber mask/shroud will not fit any face unless you have an extremely pancaked face. The focus adjustment is not very handy at night as your fingers will block the IR transmission when adjusting. I looking forward to getting some live night nature stills and videos.

What a waste of my hard-earned money. I've had these binoculars for approximately 2 weeks and I am very disappointed that Amazon would carry a product like this. Not only did the battery cover break off, but the 8 AA Batteries inserted (with difficulty) was a waste. I haven't used the product except for turning on and off and just yesterday, I got a "low battery" message on the screen. I don't have the receipt. I do have the box though, and will give to someone who has the patience and knowledge to work with a piece of junk like this. Again, I am very disappointed with you, Amazon. It explains everything knowing they were made in China. What a joke and a waste of money.

I wish when I bought this that I knew more about binoculars and zoom . We use these to look at wildlife in our back yard and the Zoom just isn’t far enough for our 3 acres .
