Perfect replacement for Samsung microwave
We purchased this replacement clip for our Samsung microwave after the door clip stopped working. This was very easy to install less than 10 minutes and fixed our microwave. Highly recommend.

Fits General Electric DVM1950DR1WW
The hook on my OE part broke, preventing the door from staying closed. GE no longer sells it and I frantically searched for an aftermarket replacement. Though the description says it is compatible with Samsung microwaves, this was a 1:1 fit for my GE Adora. Held strong even though it was being held more taut than intended as I had to hook the spring onto another hole as the original inside the microwave had broken as well. Would highly recommend.

Fits Perfectly
It fit perfectly in my Samsung SMH9151ste microwave and took less than 5 mins to change.

Lasted five months. Be prepared: get two.
The picture shows two items of this product (not the Samsung part). The broken one on the bottom was purchased two years ago. Maybe I should have tried another supplier, but it only takes about 10 minutes to change out, so I just got another one. I wonder how long this one will last? EDIT: It broke after 5 months. I briefly considered getting the OEM part, but I could get two of these for half the price of one OEM part. So I got two. It's like having a spare fuse on hand. BUT this time I weakened the spring by extending it with a piece of paperclip at the lower end of the spring. I extended it 5/16". See pic. Hopefully with less pulling from the spring this one will last longer.

This was the best fix
Our microwave door stopped closing and we were going to buy a new one until my husband really looked at the problem. We bought this piece and he was actually able to fix the door and we are good to go. He was able to fix it pretty easily.

Works on our model
Our microwave randomly stopped staying closed(never been a Samsung fan but it came with the house). We just had to replace this little guy though and it’s back to new. There are YouTube videos that show how to replace it. Super easy!
