What is the shelf life of the product please, I want to order in bulk

The one I have has manufacturing date 28.07.2020 and best before 28.01.2022. Looks like 18month shelf life. But my delivery was November so some of shelf life already used. Once opened says use within 4weeks.

When I receive the formula expiry date was 4 weeks left 12x400gr but got full refund
