Best chai out there
This is by far the best chai I have ever had, and that is saying a lot because I have tried many, as it’s my favorite drink. This loose leaf chai has such incredible depth of flavor and is a perfectly balanced blend of spices. I was disappointed in RISHI’s liquid chai concentrate in comparison to their loose leaf chai so I made my own. In my opinion their concentrate lacks the depth of flavor of their loose leaf, and it is much too sweet for my taste. I’ve come up with my own recipe using their tea and it’s pretty delicious so I’ll share that below. I have a 1 liter Bonavita kettle so I use that to boil the water to 212F. I add 60 grams loose leaf RISHI chai to a 1/2 gallon jar, and 175 grams honey and 1 tablespoon vanilla extract to another. Then I pour the first liter of boiling water into the jar with the tea and let it steep for 5 minutes. While that’s steeping I get another liter of water boiling. Then I strain the tea that’s been steeping into the jar with the honey and vanilla. And then I pour the second liter of boiling water into the tea leaves and let that steep for 5 minutes. Strain that into the other jar, stir well, leave out until it gets to room temperature and then refrigerate. Delicious iced chais anytime you want! I usually do 2/3 concentrate to 1/3 whole milk and sometimes a dash of cinnamon. To simplify, that’s: 60 grams loose leaf chai 175 grams honey 1 tablespoon vanilla extract 2x 1 liter kettle @ 212F, for 5 minutes Thank you for coming to my Ted Talk. Hope this saves someone some time.

Oh what I've been missing: Masala Chai!
I did some research on chai (which in Hindi means "tea") & this is an upper tier/one of the best organic chai teas. When you open the box and then open the sealed package which contains the lovely tea bag, the scent is delightful. I love the flavor of this Chai and especially the fact that it's organic. You would be surprised about tea growing and pesticide use. I have a colleague who also found this tea delightful. A wonderful drink in the morning or afternoon. I get 2 cups of tea out of 1 tea bag. The bags are in an individually sealed pack, so they are not exposed to the air after opening the box. Unopened they can last 1 year if kept in a cool, dry place. The whole tea making/drinking experience is simply lovely. I will purchase again ...

Rich, flavorful
I decided to make my own Chai lattes at home. Not a fan of the ones you get at coffee shops that are heavily sweetened with crap. This Chai is the best for making them. So much flavor! It's like "Fall" in a cup. Smells absolutely divine! Some have mentioned it being too strong? To each their own, I want to be able to taste the Chai in my Chai latte! I'm by no means a tea connoisseur, but I've never been disappointed by any Rishi brand tea. Not usually an organic fanatic, but for some reason I prefer my tea organic. My recipe : -Milk of choice (measure by pouring into coffee cup or travel mug you'll be drinking it out of) -1-2 tablespoons of real maple syrup (honey can work too) -2 Rishi Chai tea bags -Whipped cream -Cinnamon and nutmeg Pour milk into small sauce pan. Add in maple syrup. Cut off the strings from the tea bags and add to sauce pan. Turn on the burner. Stir constantly until just before it boils (if it boils, the milk will curdle). Pour entire contents of saucepan into coffee mug or travel mug. Let steep at least 5 minutes. Remove tea bags. Put whipped cream on top and sprinkle the top with the cinnamon and nutmeg. Sink into your most comfortable spot and revel in your Chai latte!

Excellent Chai Tea
I love this tea. I had a wonderful Chai tea in Berlin Germany recently, the best I've ever had. This is a very close second.
