HTGSupply 5-Gallon Bubble Boy Single Shot Deep Water Culture (DWC) Hydroponic Bucket System

I got the bucket, never came with instructions,I got some very nasty clay pebbles, got a 3ft air tube, the description said duel port air pump they sent a single port that barely produces bubbles in the bucket, would like to have a side tube for easy drain,test,water lvl check.Only reason I gave it 3 stars was fast delivery. Thought I was going to start drop an auto within a day or 2 turns out I have to get another air pump and a better quality air stone.Update.I contacted them through Amazon and they corrected the air pump for my system at no cost to me, even told me to keep the single port pump, delivery was fast, customer service was excellent am definitely interested in buying another system.

The bucket had a nipple in the middle so ya could not put the plant lower so design flaw I say

I really like the one that I received. The pump works perfectly and is surprisingly quiet. I think I ordered a second one. I'm disappointed it's no longer in stock though.

Glad I was able to cancel my second order after I received my first one and opened it. I can confirm that the basket has that weird thing in the middle making it very difficult to add your plants to it and actually have it reach the water. It doesn't have a water level indicator which I I missed initially when reading the description. The water pump is crap, hardly bubbles with one hose connected. I had to drill my own holes for the air tubes :(. And lastly, the pellets seem really cheap. Not like the other pellets I've received that are nice clay. Two buckets after shipping is pretty much $100. So so so so many better options to buy than this. I feel so stupid for jumping a gun in ordering this one right away before evaluating my options more.After a few days of using these I've noticed that because the net pod has that weird thing in the middle, I have to add so much water to the bucket that water comes out of the holes where the bucket handles are inserted. This is such a horrible attempt to provide a all-in-one bubble bucket package.

Nice set up. I was going to make a few of these myself but they would have cost $5-10 more. Would give 5 stars but the air pump is pretty loud and the air hose is clear, not blue like shown.

Good that every thing needed is there . Takes the guess work out. Great entry-level kit .
