How is the longevity ?

I can get around 10-12 uses out of each pad. Just make sure to stick them back on the plastic when done using to prevent them from drying out and you will get atleast ten applications out of eaxh pad. Also you can take them farther by lightly moistening them with water once they start to lose their stickiness for a few more uses. They also sell a gel on Amazon to extend electrode life though I have never used it.

Does this have a money back guarantee like the Med X brand?

This product is covered by Amazons very customer friendly return and refund policies. MedX does not offer returns or refunds outside of Amazon policy.

Will these work with the icy hot smart relief?

Yes, very well but DO NOT apply Icy Hot (or BioFreeze, which I use during the night on my lower back) right before using the TENS....do it AFTER you’re done with the TENS. Why? Because the pads won’t stick or stay in place AND you’re asking for MORE pain than you’re in already....it’s too much “different” treatments at one time.
