While looking for a quality olive oil to complement a gift of balsamic vinegar I found this. Truthfully the name caught my eye. That turned out to be a very good catch. This olive oil hits the high mark on all the factors one judges. The color is intense, taste is very fruity with a distinct flower flavor end. The aroma is very fresh without a hint of oiliness. This is my second order for this product. I ordered the two pack this time because the first bottle was so good I want to have some always on hand. We don't cook with this oil it is used only as a add on to pasta, salad or with balsamic and crusty bread. Buy it you will like it.
